Let's kick off the warm weather season with a lovely spring cocktail party! In this class we will make 2 spring inspired cocktails (TBD) that will incorporate seasonal herbs and flowers... Then we will make some wonderful appetizers that are fitting for a garden party... With luck it will be warm and we can have our party under the tent!

- Mixed Crostini - 3 toppings
- Balsamic Roasted Berries with whipped ricotta and hot honey
- whipped Browned Butter with lemon zest and thyme topped with French Breakfast Radishes
- Steak Crostini with roasted tomato and caramelized onion jam
- Thai Spring Rolls with peanut sauce
- Turmeric and Black Pepper Shrimp wrapped with Bacon
- Lime Tiramisu
