Let's kick off the warm weather season with a lovely spring cocktail party!  In this class we will make 2 spring inspired cocktails (TBD) that will incorporate seasonal herbs and flowers...  Then we will make some wonderful appetizers that are fitting for a garden party... With luck it will be warm and we can have our party under the tent!


  • Mixed Crostini - 3 toppings
  1. Balsamic Roasted Berries with whipped ricotta and hot honey
  2. whipped Browned Butter with lemon zest and thyme topped with French Breakfast Radishes
  3. Steak Crostini with roasted tomato and caramelized onion jam
  • Thai Spring Rolls with peanut sauce
  • Turmeric and Black Pepper Shrimp wrapped with Bacon
  • Lime Tiramisu
  • Complimentary cocktail and BYOB
