The evening begins with a refreshing Rosé Pamplemousse cocktail, followed by courses that showcase the artistry of French cooking:

  • Velouté de Potimarron – silky pumpkin bisque with pumpkin seed brittle

  • Noix de Saint-Jacques à la Forestière – pan-seared scallops with woodland mushroom sauce

  • Salade d’Automne au Chèvre Chaud Pané – autumn greens with warm, panko-crusted goat cheese and Champagne vinaigrette

  • Poulet Basquaise – braised chicken with peppers, tomatoes, and herbs, a classic from the Basque region

  • Gâteau Breton – rich, buttery cake with seasonal fruit compote and Amaretto Chantilly
