Bring the flavors of Bavaria into your own kitchen with this Oktoberfest cooking class! Together, we’ll prepare hearty German favorites that pair perfectly with a crisp fall evening — and maybe even a frosty stein. From savory bratwurst to handmade spätzle, buttery pretzels, and a classic strudel, this menu is all about warmth, comfort, and celebration. After cooking side by side, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy our festive feast in true Oktoberfest spirit.

Menu

·       Soft Pretzel Bites with Beer & Cheese Sauce: Golden, chewy pretzel bites baked fresh from scratch, served warm with a creamy, tangy beer-infused cheese sauce for dipping.

·       German Bratwurst with Red Cabbage & Sauerkraut on a Roll:  Juicy, traditional bratwurst tucked into a fresh roll and piled high with tangy sauerkraut and braised red cabbage — the ultimate Oktoberfest street food.

·       Käsespätzle (German Mac & Cheese): Handmade German egg noodles tossed with caramelized onions and creamy Gruyère, baked until bubbling — a cozy, cheesy comfort dish.

·       Apple Strudel: Paper-thin pastry filled with spiced apples and raisins, rolled and baked to golden perfection, and dusted with powdered sugar — a sweet, flaky finale.
