Ease into Fall- A Harvest Cooking Class
Saturday September 19th, 6:30 to 10:00PM
Chef Aerin Zavory
Summer isn’t quite ready to let go, and neither are we. Join us for an evening that celebrates the delicious transition from late-summer abundance to the first flavors of fall.
This class is all about that magical time of year when juicy peaches and tomatoes are still at their peak, while squash, apples, corn, mushrooms, and figs begin making their way into the kitchen.
On the Menu
- Peach & Tomato Panzanella
A beautiful late-summer salad that brings together sweet peaches, ripe tomatoes, crusty bread, and fresh herbs. -
Butternut Squash Risotto
Creamy, comforting, and deeply satisfying—the perfect introduction to fall cooking. -
Creamy Mushroom & Corn Chowder with Pomegranate Gremolata
Sweet corn and earthy mushrooms come together in a silky chowder, brightened with a vibrant, jewel-toned pomegranate gremolata. -
Double-Cut Pork Chop with Apple & Cherry Mostarda
A beautifully seared pork chop paired with a sweet-tart, gently spicy fruit mostarda. (We may also turn this into a stuffed porchetta—because sometimes you have to make room for a little culinary adventure!) -
Ricotta, Fig & Honey Tart
Creamy ricotta, ripe figs, and honey come together in an elegant dessert that tastes like the last warm days of summer. - BYOB
Come spend an evening cooking, learning, and enjoying the flavors of the season as we ease into fall—one delicious dish at a time.
