End of Summer Celebration: A Farm-to-Table Pop-Up Dinner with Chef Jason Welch

Friday, August 28 | 6:30 tp 10:00PM

Join us for a very special late-summer evening as Chef Jason Welch presents an extraordinary multi-course dinner inspired by the farms, fields, and waters of Connecticut at the height of the harvest season.

"End of Summer Celebration" is a tribute to the growers, farmers, and artisans whose work makes this region such a remarkable place to cook and eat. Drawing on decades of culinary experience and a deep connection to local agriculture, Chef Jason has created a menu that showcases the vibrant flavors of late August—sweet corn, sun-ripened tomatoes, juicy peaches, fresh seafood, and exceptional local dairy.

Jason's culinary journey began at New York's prestigious French Culinary Institute and led him through some of the country's most respected kitchens, including the legendary Gotham Bar and Grill under Chef Alfred Portale, Oran Mor Bistro, Craftsteak, Barcelona Restaurant Group, and the award-winning Mill at 2T. More recently, his work at Connecticut's Sub Edge Farm helped shape a cooking philosophy rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and a profound respect for local ingredients.

For this one-night-only event, Chef Jason will transform the season's bounty into a menu that is both refined and deeply connected to the land.
