February calls for soup—the kind that warms your hands, fills the kitchen with great smells, and makes winter feel a little more manageable. In this class, we’re leaning into comfort while still keeping things fresh, flavorful, and practical for real life cooking.

You’ll learn how to build deep flavor in four very different soups, from a silky Thai butternut squash soup with coconut milk and lime, to a fast, boldly seasoned vegan vegetable soup made in the Instant Pot. We’ll also cook a creamy chicken and mushroom soup with wild rice that feels cozy but refined, and finish with a classic Mexican albóndigas soup—tender meatballs simmered in a rich tomato broth with warming spices.

Along the way, we’ll talk technique, seasoning, and smart shortcuts, so you leave confident you can make any of these again at home. Come hungry, get inspired, and let’s make winter taste really good.
