In this hands-on class, Chef Jenn will guide you through her foolproof, food-processor pie crust recipe—a simple, reliable method that guarantees flaky, golden results every time.
And eleven this dough can be made ahead and frozen too!
We will make and bake two classic favorites:
Classic Dutch Apple Pie – sweet, tender apples piled high under a buttery crumb topping
Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie – a rich, decadent twist on the Southern classic, with toasted pecans, silky chocolate, and a hint of bourbon.
Each guest will take home one unbaked pie to freeze and bake at home, so you can enjoy the amazing pie you created in class freshly baked at home! Plus we will all try the ones we bake that night too!!
** please let us know which pie you would like to take home so we can adjust for ingredients.
-Whether you’re new to pie-making or looking to sharpen your baking skills, this class will leave you confident, inspired, and with extra pie to show off your new skills!
** You will bring your own pie plate for this class to take your pie home (Or, I will have aluminum disposable ones if you don't have one).
** We will have a light something to eat as well!
