We’re bringing the spirit of Churchill Downs to the kitchen with a menu full of Southern charm, rich tradition, and just the right amount of indulgence. Whether you’re hosting a Derby party or simply love classic Southern flavors, this class will give you the recipes (and confidence) to pull it off in style.

Our Derby-inspired menu includes:

• Hot Brown Sliders – A playful twist on the legendary open-faced sandwich from Brown Hotel, layered with turkey, bacon, and a luscious Mornay sauce.
• Pimento Cheese Dip – Creamy, sharp, and just a little spicy — the ultimate Southern spread.
• Shrimp & Cheddar Grits – Comforting, savory, and full of bold flavor.
• Crispy Fried Chicken Bites – Golden, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned.
• Derby Salad – Fresh greens, seasonal toppings, and a bright vinaigrette to balance the richness.
