It's spring and we are yearning to get outside to cook and eat! In this grilling class, Chef Jeanine will guide us on how to expertly manage a meal on the grill! We will feature how to cook a whole fish on the grill (similar process for all fish) accompanied by wonderful grilled side dishes! The sauces for these dishes are amazing and so versatile.
