Our kitchen becomes a French bistro during this class. Master timeless French dishes that are elegant, satisfying, and absolutely doable at home. Think simple techniques, beautiful ingredients, and the kind of food that makes a weeknight feel special.
Our menu brings together rustic comfort and Parisian flair:
• Salade Niçoise – A vibrant composed salad of tuna, crisp vegetables, olives, and a bright vinaigrette inspired by the markets of Nice.
• French Lentil Soup – Earthy green lentils simmered with aromatics for a deeply comforting, nourishing bowl.
• Steak Frites – Perfectly seared steak with crisp, golden fries and classic French pan sauce technique.
• Mushroom Bourguignon – A rich, wine-braised vegetarian spin on the beloved dish from Burgundy — hearty, savory, and deeply flavorful.
• Palmier Cookies – Buttery, caramelized pastry spirals that look impressive but are wonderfully simple.
• Crêpes Suzette – Delicate crêpes finished with a dramatic citrus-butter sauce and a touch of flair.
