Due to popular demand we are running another fun Sourdough Workshop with Terry Walters!  This is a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn everything from maintaining a starter to making dough and baking perfect loaves. Together, we’ll make dough for two loaves of sourdough to ferment and bake the following day.  You’ll see every step of the process, will take home your own starter, and will enjoy freshly baked bread straight from the oven. Participants will need to bring a large glass bowl to work in and a 9x12 glass casserole (or similar) to use as a proofing basin. Everything else will be provided in class. Whether you’re new to making sourdough bread or looking to hone your skills and understanding, this class is perfect for you.
