Tiffany Nevers

 Tiffany is a veteran in the CT food and beverage scene and has flourished in her field for over 15 years.  Tiffany fell in love with hospitality during her years at Firebox in Hartford under the direction of Dan Meiser, now owner of Oyster Club and Port Of Call in Mystic, CT.   She was one of the organizers of local community events such as Resurrection, a funk, soul and disco pop up featuring local DJs, as well as 86ph0 featuring local chefs.  This artisan driven community market focused on Vietnamese food, local artisans, as well as pop-up mixology bars executed and curated by herself with guest bartenders,  focusing on unique flavor combinations and fresh, scratch ingredients.  

Tiffany went on to the historic island of Nantucket, Massachusetts to manage the bar at the Brant Point Grill in the gorgeous modern harborside hotel, White Elephant.  

When Tiffany returned from Nantucket, she joined the muti - James Beard nominated Chef Tyler Anderson and AJ Aurrichio team at Millwrights in Simsbury as their General Manager, fine tuning her passion for hospitality amidst organizing Blue Grass events and community driven pop ups featuring local mixologists, specialty menus, local artisans and resident chefs.  

Tiffany then started her hospitality consulting company, Dreamweaver Hospitality Group, a hospitality centric service and beverage training, and team building company she is the CEO of.  Her first big project was with the opening of future CT Best Restaurant winner Grano Arso in Chester, CT along side Chef/ Owner Joel Gargano to help execute all service, wine and beverage standards.  Tiffany went on to assume the role as Director of Operations and Beverage Director for Grano Arso, building and composing the service standard manuals, wine and cocktail, as well as events programs.  

Most recently you could have visited Tiffany at the Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlour, Pratt St. Hartford as the Director of Operations, CRAZIES AWARDS nominee for Best Bar and Beverage Program 2025.  This mastermind gives private food and beverage classes and consults on all things hospitality.
