Pastry Chef Angela Salvatore


Pastry Chef Angela Salvatore of Gateau Marche ( is classically trained in pastry at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone’s idyllic campus.  Her initial focus was on wedding cakes, but the CIA introduced her to the myriad avenues this profession can take.​​  She has worked at the following restaurants before moving to the east coast. 

  • Model Bakery, where she specialized in pastries and special occasion cakes.
  • Kara’s Cupcakes- San Francisco
  • The Moss Room restaurant and Academy Café
  • Waterbar restaurant
  • Gateau Marche- her own company
