Master Food Preserver, Cooking Instructor, and certified Nutritional Health Coach

Pam has a college background in Education & was awarded the designation of Master Food Preserver through the Cornell University Extension Service based in Ithaca, New York.

She teaches classes around the area in many areas of cooking and nutrition.  Her expertise in canning and food safety make her the ideal instructor for our canning workshops
