Chef Paul Barron
Chef Paul Barron is a personal Chef based out of Madison CT. Growing up on Long Island he worked in Italian restaurants before receiving a degree in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America as well as a degree in Business Management from Quinnipiac University. His approach to cooking is to use French techniques with italian influences. He also likes to incorporate a lot of New England ingredients into his menus.
Paul has years of experience in Food Service Management in a variety of settings including restaurants- The Union League Cafe, Nordstrom Cafe and Marriott. He is a private chef for dinner parties and caterer.
Paul is also an avid gardener.
