Chef Janice Evert
Janice is a Certified Plant Based Chef, Holistic Health Coach, Ayurvedic Coach, and has 400 Hours of Yoga Alliance training. Although born and raised in New England, she spent the last 7 years in Santa Barbara, where her love and passion for wellness, kitchen healing, and eating plants blossomed. A regular at the farmers market and in her own organic garden, Janice is passionate about using local, seasonal food that is grown in the dirt to craft meals that fuel the soul and save the planet. She is the mama to Dylan and Noah and is raising a family that spends more time outdoors than in, that sits at the dinner table together, that adventures to beautiful places, and that loves hard and laughs often. Janice’s mission is to support humans in all walks of life, explore and take steps (both big and small) toward a plant-based lifestyle, in a way that feels
attainable and accessible. She has personally felt the positive health impacts in making that transition and knows that through the ripple effect, more people can live a healthy vibrant life on plants. Her style takes a whole person, bio individual approach, hand crafting meals and curated coaching that support living a conscious, balanced and nourished life.
