Chef Jullien always wanted to be a chef even before he was a little apprentice at the age of 13. But before he could become one, he used to travel and work in many countries. Most recently, he worked at chef Emmanuel Lehrer’s beautiful 5* Relais et Chateaux Hôtel Restaurant Le Mas de Pierre. Then at Forum Jorges François chef Philippe Bouchet supervised his leadership with a brigade of 10 cooks, where they designed Zero Waste menus for 100+ hungry mouths on a daily basis. In the last 3 years he worked in Auckland, New Zealand, where he developed a private chef business. In September 2019, He moved to New Haven, where his composer wife studies at Yale university.
