Tiffany Nevers, General manager and Beverage Director at Grano Arso restaurant Chester along with Chef Jennifer Magrey team up again for a fantastic evening of learning about how to make cocktails the correct way! In this hands-on shaking and stirring class Tiffany will teach us about basic do's and don't of cocktail technique. She will show us how to use the last of your summer garden or farmer's market bounty to make seasonal libations- Amari, homemade Allspice Dram and seasonal infusions. We will also learn how to substitute bitter/sweet Amari in your favorite classics to stir the perfect Manhattan, Old Fashioned and more!
Chef Jenn will show us how to put together quick and simple bourbon inspired appetizers for your next cocktail soiree.
