Cooking fish in banana leaves is so much fun!  We did this class a few years ago and it was a real hit! In this class, Chef Jenn has planned a Thai menu that hits all the highlights.  You will learn how easy it is to make delicious and healthy Thai food at home.  And the banana leaf trick is a real show stopper... easy and versatile!  


  • Sweet and Spicy Thai Chicken Skewers with peanut sauce
  • Depending on availability- Mahi (or Red Snapper?) wrapped in Banana Leaves 
  • Sesame Thai Noodle Salad
  • Thai Grilled Vegetables with Chili sauce
  • Coconut and Mango sticky rice pudding with lime 
  • BYOB
