Come celebrate Bastille Day with our French Classics cooking class!  We will start with creating a charcuterie board of lovely French cheeses.  Moules or muscles are a staple in France and really easy to prepare.  We will cook them with fresh herbs and pair with a crusty baguette.  Our main dinner will hit 2 of my favorite dishes, salad Nicoise which is a great summer dinner- perfect for a hot evening.  Then the quintessential French lunch food- A croque Monsieur.  You can also make variations on this classic sandwich - When I go to Buvette in NYC I get it with roasted mushrooms instead of ham- it's awesome!  We will finish our French celebration with a cherry clafoutis a easy to make and totally delicious cake that screams summer.
