Magical Moroccan Springtime

The intoxicating smells of Ras el Hanout permeated our kitchen during our first Moroccan cooking class.... it was delicious! We will follow-up this class with a springtime menu that is vegetable forward.... a seven layer vegetable tagine.  To appease the carnivores we will also make lamb kofta kabobs.  



  • Moroccan tomato and cucumber salad
  • Lamb kefta kabobs
  • Seven vegetable tagine over couscous
  • Orange cardamon cake
  • BYOB
