4/29 Knife Skills: Mastering You Most Important Kitchen Tool!

Master the most important tool in your kitchen. This hands-on workshop will teach you how to dice, chop, slice and julienne. Different knives, cutting boards, and techniques will all be discussed, as well as knife-sharpening basics for the home chef. We’ll wrap up the evening using the vegetables we’ve chopped to make and share a variety of sweet and savory spring and summer rolls assuring that this class will be both educational AND delicious!
