We are so excited for this special pop-up dinner with Chef Jason Welch and Bob Florence!  Bob is the founder of Moromi.  A company in Stonington that makes the absolute BEST Shoyu (Japanese for soy sauce) and related fermented products.  Chef Welch has put together an amazing menu featuring local ingredients highlighting Moromi products.  Bob will be at the dinner to tell you all about his journey from corporate America to making these wonderful products. It's a fascinating story!
