Creole cooking is a blend of different cultures that found their way to Louisiana- these include French, Spanish, Acadian, Caribbean, west African and German among others.  In this class, Chef Jenn will guide us though some of the most iconic Creole recipes!  We will start with a delicious gumbo stew - rich in flavor and featuring the "holy trinity" of ingredients... we will end with making homemade Beignets!
