With Thanksgiving right around the corner it's time to refresh our pie making skills!  In this class we will learn the art of crust making!  You can bring 2 pie plates to take your crusts home to fill and bake for the holiday.  In this class we will make 2 sweet pies and 1 savory (perfect for pot pies all winter).  What better way ot spend a Friday evening than making pies!

  • Apple pie with a cinnamon swirl crust
  • pumpkin pie with a gingersnap crust
  • Memere's French Canadian Toutierre (Pork Pie) with Walden Hill Acorn finished pork.
