Canning 101: Preserving The Fall Bounty

We have had numerous requests for a canning workshop and here it is!  We welcome Pam Lillis of Cook up a storm.  Pam is a master preserver and comes equipped with all the credentials to teach a safe and informative workshop on canning!  

Class Description:

Introduction to small batch hot water bath canning. This class covers food safety and general procedures for a successful seal every time! This is a “hands-on” class with each participant taking home freshly made jars of seasonal goodness- plus recipes. We’ll make Apple Pie Jam and Garlic Dills.  Students will takeway 2 jars and the confidence to DIY!

** This class is limited to 10 students!!!!  

Light snacks will be provided during the class....
