We welcome Chef Mellie Lynn of Tiny Kitchen Big Heart into our Weekend Kitchen cooking school for a wonderful class designed to bring your cooking game to the next level.  We are fast approaching the holiday season and thinking about ways to elevate your next dinner party or holiday meal to a visually appealing gastronomic feast.  In this class the techniques that will be covered include:

  • Proper dinner prep for a three course feast
  • Simple frying at home and safety
  • Proper garnishing
  • "The three components every dish needs"
  • Plating techniques to make your dish shine
