Welcome to Japan!  Pam lived in Japan and learned the skills to make the perfect sushi rolls.  So, break out the hashi (chopsticks) and roll out the sushi! In this class we will prepare sushi rice, learn new knife techniques with fish and veggies, and all the tricks to make gorgeous sushi rolls.  There will be enough variety for the vegans and pescatarians alike!  
  • Pickled Ginger
  • Japanese Restaurant Style Ginger Dressing (with salad of course!)
  • Vegetable Sushi (Assorted)
  • Spicy Tuna Roll
Hand Roll:
  • Salmon & Avocado

Green Tea and maybe a nip of sake?!?!?!
