Winter is the best time for warm and comforting soups.  Each culture has their own style of soups.  My heritage has the famous Greek Egg and Lemon Soup- Avgolemono.  I remember my Yaya (Grandmother) cooking up big pots of soup when I visited her in Greece when I was a child.  We thought it would be fun to explore some ethnic soups- different than your typical and oh so yummy.  Perfect to get you through the winter!
