The third in our grilling series will bring us to South America to experience the cut of steak called Pichana or Brazilian sirloin- an extremely flavorful cut of beef. Pair this with patatas bravas for a truly amazing dinner.

  • Patatas Bravas Chilenos. - Chilean potatoes 
  • Berinjela (marinated grilled Eggplant)
