Let's celebrate Cinco de Mayo! What the heck is cinco de mayo anyway? It's not just a day to eat Mexican food and margaritas- but that isn't a bad thing! It's actually a celebration of the Mexican army's victory over the French at the battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. Now, it's a day of celebration for Mexican culture and heritage. In this class, Chef Jeanine will lead us through some classic Mexican dishes!
