Cuban cuisine is a blend of Spanish, African, and Caribbean influences of spices and flavors. We thought it would be a fun evening to learn about the culture in an region we have not explored during our cooking classes. The menu sounds super yummy!
- Ropas Viejas- A classic cuban dish of shredded pork and veggies.
- Cubano Piccadillo- Fragrant stew of ground beef and tomatoes
- Sofritos tostones - Fried plantains with a light Salsa
- Sides of Rice and Beans
- Baked Churros
- Pineapple Mojitos
