Its All Greek to Me- A Meze-travaganza

On the weekend of Greek Easter, I thought it was fitting to offer a Greek class..... in homage of my heritage!  In this class, I will give you the highlights of Greek cuisine and of the Easter Celebration.  We will skip the spit roasted lamb and lemon potatoes (although those potatoes are fantastic).  Instead we will delve into a more approachable menu.  Keftedes or Greek meatballs are a great appetizer as mar of a Maze platter- we will also make some tzatziki, hummus and home made pita bead- oh so delicious!  We will make my famous Spanakopita or spinach pie- which Dave clamors for quite often and is disgusted with me giving up dairy- although he's found that it freezes perfectly- so all good.  We will end with a simple almond cake or Ravani
