The latest Hannah Che cookbook- Vegan Chinese has been getting a lot of great press!  I absolutely love this book- not only is it beautifully photographed but has so much great information and personal stories from Hannah.  Hannah is a blogger and cookbook author who ventured back to China to learn the art of Chinese plant-based cooking.  The book focuses on homestyle cooking- simple everyday dishes.  I chose my favorites from the book for this class- I hope you will join me in exploring the recipes, the stories and the techniques Hannah brings to the book and our table.
