Moroccan food conjures up the vision of an exotic land full of colorful and flavorful spices... tagines and couscous.  In this class, Chef Jeanine Kelly will guide us through the various spices used and how they benefit not only our culinary senses but our health as well.  We will make some Moroccan classics and share a meal together!
