Chef Mellie Lynn of Tiny Kitchen Big Heart brings her sense of culinary style to our kitchen with a class designed to bring your cooking game to the next level. Have you ever cooked a wonderful meal only to look at your creation on the plate and think.. hum that's not so good? Then you go out to a nice restaurant and the plate arrives beautifully arranged and garnished so you are immediately impressed and wonder... how did they do that?? With the holidays fast approaching this is the time to learn how to properly plan a 3 course meal and make it as beautiful as it is delicious.. you got this!

  • Proper dinner prep for a three course feast
  • Simple frying at home and safety
  • Proper garnishing

  • Plating techniques to make your dish shine
