Welcome Chinese New Year 2025- the year of the snake! The Chinese lunar year will begin on January 29 and runs until February 16th. The wood snake. it is the sixth sign of the Chinese zodiac, and represents knowledge, mystery, meditation, and grace. In this class, Chef Jeanine will lead us through the preparation of a number of wonderful Chinese recipes. Cooking great Chinese food at home is easier than you think!
