Chef Tim Gayhart


Chef Tim Gayhart is classically trained, receiving his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales in Providence.  He has working as a Chef and Sous Chef in a variety of fine dining restaurants across the east and west costs. Before returning to Connecticut to raise his young children, Chef Gayhart was a Chef Instructor at the famous Cordon Bleu in San Francisco.  He brings to Weekend Kitchen a wealth of food knowledge and enthusiasm to teach.  He specializes in ethnic cooking and technical skills.
