Ooh la la- the appeal of French cooking is steeped in our minds with the menus of Jacques Pepin and Julia Childs.  All the butter, cheese, cream and animal protein- decadent and delicious.  But what if you are eating plant-based?  Both Emily and I are independently venturing to Paris this fall so I thought it was  fitting to hold a plant-based France!  Emily will discuss some tips about Vegan traveling and some TSA-approved snacks for the plane.
