Join us for a sun-drenched culinary journey through the Mediterranean with our Mediterranean Grilling Feast cooking class. Perfect for a summers evening and lovers of fresh, vibrant flavors, this hands-on class will teach you how to master the grill with a menu inspired from the coasts of Italy, Greece and Spain.
On the menu:
- Margarita grilled shrimp with chimichurri sauce
- Spicy pickled Mini potato salad
- Grilled whole branzino
- Grilled mix of vegetables, asparagus, onions, red peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini with romesco sauce
- Grilled peach salad with a ginger lime cilantro salad dressing and burrata
- Rum and brown sugar grilled pineapple with coconut ice cream
