My Big Fat Greek Easter Pop-Up Dinner

I love sharing my Greek heritage with guests and Greek Easter is a very special time for Greeks.  The movie the Big Fat Greek Wedding was my life.... Greek father (short, dark hair and owned a restaurant) and very American mother (tall, blonde and Ivy League educated).... I was vegetarian since I was 15 years old and this phrase from the movie resonates with me- "What do you mean you don't eat no meat?  That's okay.  I'll make you lamb"- Lol!  Chef Jason's wife Alex is also 1/2 Greek!  I even got to talk to her yiayai (grandmother) at the last dinner.  We thought it would be fun to have a pop-up dinner to celebrate Greece and its wonderful cuisine!  Greek Easter and American Easter are the same this year (different calendars) so we will host this event the weekend after easter!
