Protein is perhaps the most important macronutrient in your diet... but do you know how much protein you really need?  What are the best sources of plant protein and how to add little bits of animal protein while eating a mostly whole food plant-based diet?  In this class Chef and health coach Jeanine Kelly, will help us navigate the maze of information and mis-information about protein- when to eat it, what the best sources are and how to build muscle.  As we age we need more protein to avoid developing sarcopenia (loss of skeletal muscle and strength).  This menu is crazy delicious and mostly plants (a little tuna if you want but we can also sub tofu if you don't want tuna).  Join us for this delicious and informative class!
