Join Sylvia, from Complements by Caseus, for an exploration of cheese and wine pairings from around the world.  Our tasting trip will feature a cheese 101 primer and 6 pairings, including two quick cheese appetizers that you can make to get any party started!  If you want to know more about cheese and how to pair it with wine, this is the class for you!  Come ready to expand your palate and have some fun!

Sylvia has loved food for as long as she can remember. It was impossible not to, with her deep Italian roots. When her son, Jason, opened Caseus Fromagerie and Bistro in New Haven in 2008, her passion for cheese was reignited – and she eventually took on the role of Cheese Shop manager.

Through Complements she joins her background as a teacher and occupational therapist with her passion for food, using cheese as a vehicle for interactive learning, pairing, and teambuilding.
