In this class Chef Jennifer Magrey will lead us to the perfect Dim Sum menu.  Dim Sum is typically a brunch accompanied with tea that encompass a variety of different small food items.  We will focus on dishes that are mainly plant based but will have a meat potsticker option for those needing meat.  Making wonderful Asian food at home is easier than you would  think and always better than a take away container!


  • Vegetable and Sesame Potstickers
  • Pork and Shrimp Potstickers
  • Tofu and Green Onion Steamed Coconut Bao Buns
  • Bok Choi and Shiitake Dumplings with Cabbage and Water Chestnuts
  • Sweet Chili Dipping sauce with Honey and Dried Chilis
  • Rice Wine and Soy Dipping Sauce
  • Oolong and Ginger Tea with Fortune Cookies
  • BYOB
