A perfect little bowl for ice cream!
Ingrid's handmade pinch bowls are made in Maine.
Her work is formed by hand only, using her own porcelain paper clay recipe.
She pinches the forms and apply a thin layer of glaze on the inside.
The outside of the pieces remain unglazed.
The clay is fired to high temperature in a gas kiln.
The ware is vitrified, translucent and begins to flux so that the unglazed portions of the piece have a slight sheen to them.
The work is dishwasher and microwave safe.
